My trade pack has not arrived, how do I get another one?

If it has been longer than 10 working days since your trade pack was sent there has likely been a problem in the trade pack reaching you.

Please ensure that the address information we have for you is up to date. To do this log in to your account in the "My Account" section of the site. Your address will be displayed; if it is incorrect then please update it. You can then select the "Order trade pack" option to request a replacement trade pack to be sent to you. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your trade pack.
